shipping and delivery
We can picture you bursting with excitement to get your hands on some awesome Atelier Avery goodies after placing your order. And you know what? We are just as thrilled!
Once we have received your order and payment, we will dive right in! We aim to process your order within 2 business days.
SECTION 1 - PICK UP
If you selected the option 'pick up in Brasschaat' for your order, you will receive an email once your order is ready. You can reply to this email to make an appointment for the pick up of your purchased items. The adress of our warehouse (adress for pick up) is Floris Verbraekenlei 66, 2930 Brasschaat.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING
After receiving your payment, we will pack your order and aim to ship it within two business days. During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to track your package and estimate the delivery date.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination and chosen shipping method.
We offer shipping both domestically and internationally. Please note that international shipments may be subject to (import) duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges. Atelier Avery is not liable for non-compliance with payment or tax obligations for deliveries outside Belgium.
Stock depletion
Atelier Avery offer items on the webshop only while supplies last. In case that the purchased items are no longer in stock, Atelier Avery will notify the customer within 14 bussiness days and issue a credit note to cancel the order. Customers must provide their bank account number for a refund within 14 bussiness days. In case the customer fails to provide the bank account number as mentioned above, Atelier Avery is released from accountability.
Atelier Avery reserves the right to make partial deliveries. If the ordered items cannot be delivered, any amount payed by the buyer will be refunded without interest or compensation.
The customer renounces any right to compensation for the dissolution of the sales agreement due to stock depletion.
Delivery delays
Regardless of any delivery delays, purchase termination or compensation payments in favor of the customer can only occur in cases of intentional delays. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, carrier issues, production interruptions, transport delays, strikes or work stoppages pay impact delivery times. Atelier Avery accepts no responsibility for these delays even if they are foreseeable.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Atelier Avery is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of items during shipment. Every precaution is taken to package the items as securely as possible. Customers must inspect the condition of the delivered items once handed over by the transportation company. The customer must report any damage or tempering to the package to the transportation company and note it on the shipping note at time of receipt.
Address accuracy
Avoid unnecessary extra shipping costs by double checking your delivery adress. In case a incorrect delivery address was provided and the customer wants to receive their order at a different address, they must cover the additional shipment costs. If the initial order with the incorrect address is not returned, the customer must place and pay a new order.
